Before contacting support, please check the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). If you encountered an error running the software, please check you have the latest version installed first. Please send all bug reports via email to support@neuralmatters.com including:-

  • Copy of exception text (for errors) and/or screen shot (for graphical problems). See the FAQ Support section for instructions.
  • Step-by-step description of how to re-create the problem.

Without this information we may not be able to help you.
