BrainMine Standard 2005 will run in "Trial Mode" until
a valid license is installed. You receive a license file when
you order BrainMine, and can also retrieve it later via the "My Account" section
of this web site. Without a license, functionality is limited and the software will
timeout after the trial period has ended.

or later installed, you will be automatically prompted to download during setup.

computers without an internet connection. You must purchase the correct number of
licenses according to the number of computers that you install it on.
This download includes is a full CD-ROM standard "ISO" image which can be "burnt"
to a writeable CD if you have CD-R compatible hardware and software installed. It
includes a copy of all products including BrainMine Viewer, BrainMine Standard and
pre-requisites such as the Microsoft .NET Framework. This is the easiest way to
install on multiple computers without an internet connection or network.
Requirements
You will need an "Un-zip" program to de-compress the installation files downloaded
from this web site. Windows XP and 2003 already have a built-in un-zip
feature. There are dozens of ZIP programs available for free download.
Try www.powerarchiver.com or www.winzip.com for a start.
Simply run the product Setup.exe after download to automatically check your Operating
System version and download the correct .NET version if it is missing.
It is recommended that you run
Windows Update before installing BrainMine, and again afterwards if you
had to install .NET. This will also help ensure your system is up-to-date, running
optimally, error free and secure.
The following Operating Systems are supported:-
- Windows 2000
- Windows XP
- Windows Server 2003
Before you can run BrainMine on Operating Systems earlier than Windows 2003, you
will need:-
- Internet Explorer 5.1 or later
- Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 with latest Service Pack
The installation routine automatically detects missing components and prompts to
download and install them. The "with .NET" download versions include the .NET Framework
and install that automatically, without download (i.e. offline), when required.
